These groups are designed for technical and physical development focused on the activity of both rope and boulder climbing. Trainings will be coordinated by our head coach, they will be divided by levels.

INITIATION SESSION
Sharma Climbing Barcelona invites you to start climbing!
The objective of this classis to have a first contact with the world of climbing and the climbing gear in a controlled environment and with monitors that will help you to progress. The idea is to try a new physical activity while having fun.

Duration >> 1,5h for climbing initiation with monitor in a group of 8 people maximum.
Difficulty Easy >>Suitable for beginners without any previous experience. Minimum age: 12 years old (people under 18 must be accompanied).
What to bring? >> Comfortable sportswear (if you’re planning to take a shower there, bring a towel, flip flops and spare set of clothes).
Does not Include admission all day
BOULDER COURSE
This course is designed for all people who want to start climbing in a climbing gym. Basic movements and safety techniques for the correct use of the facilities are taught in this course. The purpose of this course is when finished, the client will be able to perform autonomously and safely in this kind of facility.

- Dates: 3h
- Morning or afternoon shifts.
- Reduced groups 6 people max.
- Not need to be member to join the lessons
- Climbing equipment included
SPORT CLIMBING COURSE
This course is designed for people who have basic knowledge of climbing (they may come from the initiation course) and who want to improve their technical and practical level with rope.

- Dates: 5h
- Morning or afternoon shifts.
- Reduced groups 6 people max.
- Not need to be member to join the lessons
- Climbing equipment included
PRIVATE LESSONS
Get started or get technical at the gestural level, improvement or learning of safety maneuvers and even receive advice for your workouts.
