FITNESS
By working in suspension, the TRX strengthens all muscle groups so that you don’t need to use multiple machines or large amounts of weight for a complete workout. This routine will help you achieve muscle tone and physical strength, as well as increase your flexibility and balance.
HIIT
HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up.
MOBILITY
Dynamic joint mobility class in which you will learn movements from different disciplines such as yoga, MMA, capoeira, all of which serve to build sequences of movements in which your body will flow.
CORE TRAINING
The CORE is the place where the forces generated by both legs and arms are stabilized and transmitted, your training will be a key element for improving the performance of most activities of daily life, work and sports, as well as an element essential for progression in exercises.
CALISTHENICS
