At Sharma Climbing we have routes and boulders for everyone, these are constantly changing and help you in your progression.
Whether you are an experienced climber or want to start climbing, in Sharma Climbing you will find challenges at your level.

What can you do?
SHARMA CLIMBING ACTIVITIES
If you have never climbed before and you want to start with an instractor that guides you, this is your activity.
Reserve a place in any of the 2-hour initiation sessions that we have available and come learn with us, here you will learn the basic skills to use the facility safely for you and for the rest of the users.
- Duration >> 2h of initiation to climbing.
- Difficulty >> Suitable for all audiences without experience, from 12 years old (smaller ones are allowed if the legal guardian takes the course with the minor)
- What to bring >> comfortable sportswear (if you want to shower and change here, bring a towel, flip-flops, spare clothes).
We have specialized instructors at your disposal for private lessons on weekends. An activity to do alone, with family or friends (groups of up to 6 people).
At Sharma Climbing we believe in the little ones.
We know what they enjoy climbing the walls and what better way to channel that energy than by playing and learning the values that climbing can teach.
These groups are designed for technical and physical development focused on the activity of both rope and boulder climbing. Trainings will be coordinated by our head coach, they will be divided by levels.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I access if I don't know how to climb?
It is not necessary to have previous experience, all the facilities are ready to be used without experience. But if you prefer, you can start with an initiation session or hire a private instructor.
I have climbed a few times, what do I have to do?
Register on our website and accept the conditions of use of the facility before entering. Once done, you can come to the facility or book online from your client area if you want to come at any time that requires it.
When I need to book my spot? How do I make my reservation?
Monday to Thursday from 5pm to 7pm and from 7:15 pm to 9:15 pm. You can make the reservation through your client area and make the reservation using your subscription, punch card or buy a ticket.
What material do I need?
Climbing with climbing shoes and liquid magnesium is mandatory. If you want to use the rope area you will need a helmet and a harness.
Do I need to sign up for a guided activity to access the facility?
From what age can my little ones climb? Can I climb with them?
The gym can be accessed from 4 years old. Only adult supervisors who do not climb can access the facility.
Can I access with fitness APPs? In what schedule?
Yes, it can be accessed with ANDJOY, CLASSPASS and URBAN SPORTS CLUB.
Hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. / 9:15 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays after 2:15 p.m.
Are there any lockers? Do I need a padlock?
Yes, at Sharma Climbing Barcelona there are lockers inside the men’s and women’s changing rooms and in proper gym. Remember to bring your padlock so you can use them. Remember to empty your locker at the end of your climbing session.

- Mandatory use of liquid chalk (except when using the sport climbing area).
- Mandatory use of a helmet in the sport climbing area.
- Mandatory use of Gri-Gri.
- Do not stay seated or lying on the mats.
- Do not climb without climbing shoes (except for some children’s activities).
- Do not go with climbing shoes on to the changing room, the bathrooms or the bar.
- It is not allowed to remain in the facilities without a shirt.
- You cannot eat in the climbing areas or enter with bottles or glass containers.
